Description#### The team Our Customer Success Team is the heart of how we support and grow lasting client relationships. We work closely with our global Sales teams Project Managers and other departments to make sure every customer interaction is thoughtful proactive and genuinely helpful. And as part of our broader team we’re always learning adapting and finding smarter ways to serve our clients—because when they grow so do we. #### The Role- key responsibilities We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team with a focus on nurturing and growing our Language Service Provider (LSP) Partner Network. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our LSPs by building strong relationships supporting them with day-to-day needs and helping them discover new opportunities to expand their business with us. Want to know more about our partner ecosystem? Explore our Partner Network here. What You’ll Do Partner Success: Support retain and grow relationships across our global LSP network. Account Management: Participate in partner meetings provide customer service and manage multiple accounts with a solutions-oriented approach. Sales Support: Prepare quotes assist with pre-sales activities complete vendor forms and input client data into HubSpot/ISP. Event Coordination: Ensure smooth handovers to Operations confirm interpreter bookings and training and monitor event processes from a customer service perspective. Collaboration: Work closely with the LSP Partner Manager to attract new partners and strengthen existing ones. Administration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records support accurate invoicing with Accounting and compile partner feedback and internal reports. #### Key experiences and competencies What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–4 years in Customer Success Account Management or Partnerships ideally in Language Services SaaS or Events. Skills: Strong communicator confident with virtual meetings and calls tech-savvy with CRM tools and highly detail-oriented. Mindset: A relationship builder who is adaptable organised and eager to grow into managing key partnerships directly. Team Spirit: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
