The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Databricks dbt Python SQL and team leadership. Experience in the Healthcare domain is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead data engineering projects and mentor the engineering team. Design develop and optimize scalable data pipelines. Modernize legacy ETL/data pipeline architectures. Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt. Build high-performance data solutions using Databricks. Develop data processing solutions using Python and SQL. Ensure data quality reliability and performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and engineering teams. Support deployment monitoring and performance optimization of data platforms. Required Skills 8–10 years of Data Engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks. Expertise in dbt Python and SQL. Experience leading technical teams. Proven experience in legacy data pipeline modernization. Healthcare domain experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
