Key Responsibilities Source suitable candidates using LinkedIn job boards social media and other online platforms Search for candidates who meet the essential requirements of each role Contact potential candidates through LinkedIn email WhatsApp or telephone Conduct initial screening conversations Review CVs and candidate experience Check candidate suitability against job requirements Build and maintain candidate pipelines Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers updated Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Support interview scheduling and candidate communication Submit suitable candidates for available vacancies Build long-term relationships with candidates Assist with recruitment campaigns and vacancy promotion where required Roles You May Recruit For Roles may include Residential Support Workers Senior Residential Support Workers Deputy Managers Registered Children’s Home Managers Responsible Individuals Operations and Regional Managers Most roles will be within children’s residential care in the UK.
