SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Please provide your portfolio link on your CV/resume Digital Marketing Develop clients’ brand identity messaging and content strategy. Create schedule and publish engaging social media content and other digital marketing assets across multiple platforms. Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery. Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages when needed. Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns including content creation scheduling and performance reporting. Support website content updates landing pages and other digital marketing initiatives as assigned. Conduct market competitor and industry research to identify trends content opportunities and marketing recommendations. Utilize AI tools to improve productivity content creation research and overall work efficiency. Continuously learn and adapt to emerging digital marketing trends AI technologies new tools and industry best practices. Project Coordination Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending deliverables. Prioritize tasks and organize project timelines. Prepare progress reports and status updates based on client requirements. Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Document workflows systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use. Administrative & Client Support Respond to emails and phone calls when required. Organize calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments. Prepare presentations reports spreadsheets and other business documents. Maintain organized digital files records and client documentation. Perform other administrative operational and client support tasks as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing project coordination or marketing campaign management. Experience as a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative or in the BPO industry is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Adaptable to changing priorities responsibilities and business needs. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Strong understanding of social media platforms digital marketing and content management. Proficient in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Gemini Sora Midjourney or similar platforms) to improve productivity and content creation. Familiarity with email marketing SMS marketing CRM systems and project management tools is an advantage. Knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Drive Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office. Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and communication tools (e.g. Google Workspace Zoom Slack Discord). Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing using tools such as Canva Adobe Photoshop CapCut or similar applications.
