USA company in wellness industry is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our international remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who is a high-energy proactive go-getter. You'll enjoy coaching others driving performance taking initiative and building a high-performing sales team. Full-Time Position 40 hours per week Working Hours USA Central Standard Time (CST) 800 AM – 500 PM South Africa (SAST) 300 PM – 1200 AM (Midnight) Responsibilities Lead and coach the remote sales team. Monitor individual and team sales performance. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews. Help improve sales processes and conversion rates. Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date. Support motivate and develop team members. Work closely with leadership to achieve company sales goals. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership coaching and communication skills. Previous CRM experience is essential. Excellent computer skills. Highly organized self-motivated and able to work independently.
