We're looking for a skilled self-starting Short-Form Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of their output from start to finish. THE ROLE We're looking for a self-starter who can consistently deliver 30 high-quality short-form edits per week prevent backlogs and ensure every video meets platform guidelines before publication. This is not a creative-from-scratch role. You'll edit within established SOPs using CapCut follow each client's brand guidelines and use our workflow tools to keep work visible and on track. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Daily start-of-day report to the Video Production Manager—your output queue and blockers 30 short-form video edits per week aligned with each client's brand guidelines Platform compliance—every edit reviewed before publishing using Autoposter compliance scans Airtable dashboard—keeping your workflow updated and visible Weekly Editor Meeting—arriving prepared and contributing to team standards NON-NEGOTIABLES Availability during the stated working hours Professionalism and collaboration—everyone's output impacts the team Accountability and transparency—you raise issues early and don't allow backlogs to build HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED 30 quality edits delivered each week Consistent adherence to brand guidelines Zero platform compliance violations Airtable always up to date Performance is reviewed quarterly against the Editor SOP.
