AI DevOps Engineer Location United States – Remote Employment Type 1099 Independent Contractor Experience 5+ years About the Role Bitcot is seeking an experienced AI DevOps Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure expertise to support an AI and cloud transformation initiative for a healthcare enterprise in the United States. This role focuses on Azure cloud infrastructure CI/CD AI/ML platforms MLOps automation monitoring and cloud security. The selected candidate will work with cloud AI data and software engineering teams to deploy and support enterprise AI applications. Responsibilities Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI ML and cloud applications. Deploy and manage AI workloads using Microsoft Azure. Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Bicep or ARM Templates. Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Support MLOps pipelines for model deployment monitoring and lifecycle management. Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployments. Monitor applications and cloud resources using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights. Support cloud security identity management secrets management and governance. Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis. Collaborate with AI data cloud and software engineering teams. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DevOps Cloud Engineering Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. Experience with Terraform Bicep or ARM Templates. Experience with Git and modern version control practices. Proficiency in Python PowerShell or Bash. Experience with cloud monitoring and observability. Strong understanding of networking cloud security and identity management. Experience supporting AI/ML data or Generative AI platforms. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI. Experience with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management. Experience with Generative AI LLMs LangChain or Semantic Kernel. Experience with MLflow or model registries. Experience with Azure Data Factory or Databricks. Microsoft Azure certification. Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries.
