We build the platforms and content that make that possible and right now we're growing the team behind them.The Senior Product Manager Revenue Systems is a senior individual contributor who owns the solutions strategy for the internal systems that support Infobase’s revenue-generating teams — Sales Customer Success Renewals and Marketing — including the in-house Account and Order Management System (AMS) the outbound marketing email platform (GreenArrow) the customer success platform (ChurnZero) revenue-centric reporting and the tooling that will join them (most immediately a CRM for the Sales organization). The role bridges business strategy and technical execution partnering with business-line leaders to understand needs proposing “what good looks like” evaluating build versus buy managing requirements definition for anything built internally and leading vendor selection onboarding implementation and integration for anything bought — through to user training support and adoption. This is explicitly not an order-taker role. Infobase’s revenue technology has grown organically and the seams are showing teams too often work around systems rather than through them. The Senior Product Manager is expected to be a strategic partner who proactively identifies opportunities challenges inefficiency and drives a coherent roadmap toward industry-standard tooling — accountable for ensuring revenue teams have the best tools technologies and business processes necessary to drive success through a combination of internal engineering and third-party adoption. ➡
➡ Own and maintain a forward-looking prioritized product roadmap for AMS and the connected revenue systems portfolio ensure ongoing development reflects organizational priorities and industry best practices and present progress and recommendations directly to ELT stakeholders. Serve as the primary technology partner and cross-functional liaison between revenue-generating teams (Sales Customer Success Renewals Marketing) Finance and the Technology organization. Partner with business-line leaders to understand workflows diagnose capability gaps and surface inefficiencies bring forward proposals of what good looks like rather than waiting for requests. Assess current system capabilities against business requirements identify gaps redundancies and enhancement opportunities across the portfolio. Translate stakeholder needs into clear actionable requirements and prioritized feature backlogs for the internal engineering team provide direction to developers and BI resources and remain accountable for the success of delivered solutions. Lead structured build-versus-buy assessments including vendor evaluations proof-of-concept trials and integration assessments present recommendations with supporting rationale and total-cost awareness. Manage vendor selection onboarding implementation and integration of approved third-party solutions ensuring they connect meaningfully with existing systems and data flows. Lead the evaluation and implementation of a CRM solution for the Sales organization — the most critical near-term technology gap. Ensure users are appropriately trained and supported on all revenue systems own change management and drive measurable adoption of delivered solutions. Define requirements for customer subscription renewal and revenue-centric reporting and dashboards ensure data integrity and accessibility across AMS and connected systems establish data governance and integration best practices. Identify evaluate and recommend AI-powered solutions that meaningfully improve revenue team efficiency and effectiveness — including marketing automation churn prediction and sales enablement intelligence. Define KPIs and success metrics for each initiative report outcomes to ELT stakeholders on a regular cadence in clear executive-ready form. Maintain awareness of the CRM and revenue technology landscape facilitate structured alignment on priorities and tradeoffs pushing back constructively when requests conflict with scalability or strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in business information systems computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 8–10+ years of progressive experience in product management technical program management revenue operations or enterprise business systems. Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives end-to-end — discovery requirements definition vendor evaluation implementation oversight change management and adoption — including executive stakeholder management. Deep familiarity with CRM customer success and marketing automation platforms prior vendor evaluation and SaaS implementation experience. Strong understanding of revenue operations workflows and customer lifecycle management in B2B subscription businesses. Strong data literacy able to assess system integrations diagnose data-flow breakdowns and define reporting requirements without being a practitioner. Working fluency with AI-enabled tools and practical judgment about where AI (automation predictive modeling LLM-powered workflows) can be applied to real business problems. Exceptional written and verbal communication — equally effective presenting a strategic roadmap to the leadership team facilitating requirements conversations with strong-willed stakeholders and working through details with a developer.
Experience in SaaS subscription-based or information services businesses EdTech domain experience a plus. Hands-on experience with proprietary or custom-built systems operating alongside commercial SaaS. Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a business context. Working knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI). PMP CSPO or similar product/program management certification. Experience working in private-equity-backed or growth-stage companies and the operating disciplines that come with them.
