Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain organised records reports and administrative documentation. Collaborate with team members to support daily operational activities and ongoing projects. What We're Looking For Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A customer-first mindset and professional communication style. Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable using online platforms productivity software and digital tools. Previous experience in customer support administration e-commerce digital content or marketing is an advantage but not essential.
