The Role As a Product Manager at Toters you will be a key driver in defining the strategy and execution for high-impact products that span our user base in multiple countries. Lead Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate closely with designers engineers data scientists and operations to translate vision into impactful products. Own the Execution Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Communicate and Influence Clearly articulate product plans benefits and results to stakeholders across the organization including leadership. Solve Real-World Problems Develop solutions that address the evolving needs of our users and contribute to the growth of local economies. We're Excited About You Because You Have… Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in software product management. Alternatively 4+ years of experience in software development or engineering management consulting or investment banking. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. A strong track record of collaborating effectively with design engineering and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product releases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. A passion for understanding user needs and a drive to build impactful and user-centric products. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage timelines. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive deep and get things done.
