As a Product Manager II supporting Digital Fraud you will help safeguard Athletes and orders by proactively detecting preventing and responding to fraudulent activity across digital channels while enabling seamless and trusted shopping experiences. You will partner closely with Business Partners Engineering and Architecture across Digital Loss Prevention Payments eCommerce Mobile App Stores Treasury Sales Audit Cyber Security and Loyalty. This role will manage the product ecosystem inclusive of third-party vendors to balance fraud prevention conversion customer experience operational efficiency and platform resiliency. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering Digital Fraud capabilities across the order lifecycle from account and device signals through pre-authorization risk checks post-order fraud review fulfillment reship/refund monitoring chargeback management and continuous rule and signal optimization. What You Will Own in Digital Fraud Define and maintain a Digital Fraud product roadmap that aligns to business outcomes portfolio priorities fraud-risk reduction conversion protection and trusted Athlete experiences. Lead discovery and solutioning for fraud capabilities such as pre-authorization fraud checks post-order decisioning device fingerprinting reject/recycle chargeback automation fraud data foundations and fraud lifecycle improvements. Translate business needs from Digital Loss Prevention Payments eCommerce Mobile App Treasury Sales Audit Store Ops Loyalty and other partners into clear product outcomes user stories acceptance criteria and delivery plans. Own KPI definition and measurement for the product domain including fraud loss cancel and chargeback trends accept/reject/manual-review performance demand-to-fulfillment impact SLA/SLO considerations false positives operational friction and customer experience impacts. Partner with other Product Managers Engineering Architecture Data Product Analytics and Reliability partners to improve observability monitoring automated testing system resiliency and data-driven decisioning. Collaborate with vendors and internal platform teams to evaluate pilot implement and continuously optimize fraud and risk capabilities while managing dependencies contracts and delivery risks. Design and evaluate controlled experiments A/B tests and phased rollouts to measure fraud performance conversion impacts and operational outcomes. Improve upstream engagement so Digital Fraud is included early in planning for new experiences payment methods loyalty programs fulfillment changes and AI/agentic commerce opportunities. Evaluate and support machine learning behavioral analytics and AI-driven fraud detection capabilities while balancing explainability governance and customer experience. Monitor fraud retail digital commerce and payment trends to proactively identify emerging risk patterns and shape product strategy before issues become reactive operational escalations. Monitor emerging fraud vectors including account takeover promotion abuse synthetic identities bot attacks and credential stuffing. Participate in fraud-related incident response major issue management and post-incident reviews. Help drive corrective actions following production incidents fraud spikes chargeback events or vendor service disruptions. The roadmap should be outcome-based and grounded in the voice of the product balancing fraud protection athlete trust conversion operational impact and platform resiliency. In this space strategy requires thinking across the full fraud lifecycle account creation and monitoring device and identity signals pre-authorization checks bank/payment response post-purchase fraud review reject/recycle fulfillment returns reships chargebacks and loss prevention operations. Data-Driven Decisions You will establish metrics and measurements for the Digital Fraud product domain to report on value delivered and inform roadmap prioritization. You will use leading and lagging indicators such as fraud loss chargebacks manual review rate cancel trends order volume accept/reject/review mix false positives SLA/SLO impacts demand-to-fulfillment outcomes and operational workload to guide product iteration and trade-off decisions. You will partner with Data Product Analytics Engineering Digital LP and business stakeholders to improve data quality reporting root-cause analysis and proactive trend identification so Digital Fraud can move from reactive issue response toward proactive risk monitoring and prevention. Testing and Research Lean experimentation is a core value within a product team. You will aid in the formulation of hypotheses and coordinate pilots proofs of concept prototypes vendor evaluations and research that validate whether new fraud capabilities reduce business risk while preserving athlete conversion and experience. Examples include evaluating device fingerprinting pre-authorization fraud checks secondary fraud review reject/recycle flows chargeback automation and enhanced order or athlete signals before scaling implementation. Delivery Part of the job is to manage the backlog. You will create effective user stories lead backlog prioritization and management validate delivery with engineers perform product testing ensure acceptance criteria are met capture bugs and work toward defect resolution. Digital Fraud delivery requires strong dependency management across payment processing order placement fulfillment loyalty customer service communications Digital LP workflows vendor integrations and peak-season operational readiness. You will create and communicate release plans risk assessments go/no-go criteria production validation plans and operational readiness details for changes that affect fraud decisioning or athlete order flow. Team Collaboration Working as a team is essential for success. You will actively participate in standups planning sessions demos retrospectives stakeholder touchpoints monthly portfolio or business syncs and vendor discussions. You will act as a translator between business risk operational workflows technology constraints fraud controls analytics and athlete experience outcomes. Deliver Products/FeaturesProactively identify dependencies and mitigate risky assumptions across systems vendors business processes and peak readiness identify and communicate shipping risks including athlete experience conversion SLA operational workload resiliency and compliance considerations build release plans that clarify who is impacted what changes when it launches how it will be validated and how production outcomes will be monitored build story maps and user stories that articulate required fraud signals integrations decisioning logic data flows and operational workflows perform validation for releases bug fixes vendor integrations fraud rules and feature requests troubleshoot defects and participate in root-cause analysis. Operate as a Trusted Domain PartnerCollaborate with third-party vendors on day-to-day activities to ensure successful product experiences and measurable outcomes lead or support sprint planning iteration planning backlog refinement demos retrospectives and stakeholder readouts run experimental beta pilot and POC programs with early-stage fraud capabilities and support transition from pilot to implementation when value is proven. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates for this role should have An intermediate understanding of Product Management and the product lifecycle. Understanding of digital commerce payments fraud prevention risk management or high-scale operational platforms. Familiarity with systems or vendors such as Accertify Signifyd Adyen Appriss TransUnion Akamai Auth0 Aha! Jira Grafana LinearB Miro or comparable tools. Ability to understand how fraud decisioning payment authorization order placement fulfillment returns reships and chargebacks connect across the customer journey. Knowledge of human-centered design principles and ability to balance fraud controls with athlete experience conversion trust and operational efficiency. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and foundational Scrum/Agile practices. Demonstrated success defining and launching products or features that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to define KPIs identify trends diagnose defects and inform prioritization. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority across product engineering architecture business operations analytics security and vendor partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills especially the ability to translate complex technical risk and operational concepts into concise stakeholder-ready narratives. Strong deductive reasoning skills curiosity and desire to learn a complex domain with real-time operational impact. Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with various peer groups and business partners. Experience working with third-party vendors contracts pilots proofs of concept implementation planning and performance monitoring. Bachelor's Degree 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred including 2-5 years with relevant education linked to product management or 7+ years without relevant education linked to product management. Ecommerce or relevant experience product management or digital strategy with retail preferred mobile or enterprise commerce platforms. This is a fully remote position. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as incentive equity and benefits.
