About the Role

Kathputlee Arts & Films is an independent production house working across video production branded content advertising animation and creative media services. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in media film advertising entertainment or video production who already has relevant industry relationships and can contribute to business growth from the beginning. This is a target-driven revenue-focused role. This is not a training or entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business from brands advertising agencies media companies production houses and corporate clients Leverage existing industry relationships to create business opportunities Sell video production branded content advertising films corporate films animation and related creative services Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure Build and maintain a strong client and prospect pipeline Convert opportunities into confirmed projects and measurable revenue Meet agreed business and revenue targets Work with the leadership and production teams to develop relevant proposals and pitches Present a practical 30-day business development plan and revenue projection

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Business Development Sales Client Acquisition or Revenue Generation Background in media film advertising entertainment video production branded content or creative services An existing network of relevant brands agencies businesses or decision-makers Demonstrated ability to bring business not just generate leads Strong pitching negotiation relationship-building follow-up and closing skills Ability to work independently without extensive training or hand-holding Strong commercial mindset and ownership of revenue targets What We Expect We are looking for someone who can come in and start building business from Month

Compensation

This is a target-based role and compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience network business potential and expected revenue contribution. There is no rigid salary ceiling for the right candidate. We are open to discussing the compensation expected by the candidate where the proposed business contribution and revenue potential justify the compensation.
