Position Summary / Job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Pastry Chef to join our onboard team.Primary Responsibility of the Role:•Preparing dishes in collaboration with colleagues and in respect of designated recipes •Performing duties under the guidance of superiors and following instructions •Ensuring that preparation and presentation of food is up to the existing standards at all times •Ensuring compliance with the latest ShipSan HACCPand/or USPH regulations •Ensuring the proper and safe use of equipment •Ensuring that all logs of the station are updated as outlined in the Health & Hygiene Manuals  •Ensuring safe and clean workplace with focus on employee health and fire prevention •Assisting with loading and inventory of supplies •Performing other duties assigned by superiors.  ➡ Position Requirements: ➡ Culinary school diploma At least one year of culinary experience  Experience in same or similar position on board is an advantage Good verbal and written command of the English language knowledge of any other language is a plus Good knowledge of ShipSan HACCP and/or USPH regulations Ability of multitasking and work efficiently under pressure Good communication interpersonal and social skills Certification as stipulated by STCW 95.  Employment Terms & Conditions ➡ 9 months +/-1 monthsWe would appreciate to receive your application including your CV with all references of employers proof of previous sea service completed training's and certificates by clicking on the “apply” button below. ➡ 30/05/2025
