KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding. Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management promotions transfers and offboarding. Administer HR policies benefits and compliance programs ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards. Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees providing guidance on HR matters employee relations and conflict resolution. Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement retention and workplace culture. Maintain accurate HR records reports and analytics for management decision-making. Support the development and implementation of HR programs SOPs and process improvements. Assist in learning and development initiatives performance appraisals and succession planning. QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned shared service BPO companies with a focus on recruitment onboarding and HR operations Knowledge of standard HR practices employment regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. High attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
