The position and your daily adventures This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. What you can expect You will be responsible for supporting the operation and analytical efforts at Klar. Data analysis and presentation. Identifying areas for improvement. Automating processes. Manual operations using our internal software applications. You and your assets What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science Business Engineering Digital Business Transformation Engineering Industrial Engineering or similar. Advanced English. Most communication within Klar happens in English. Advanced Excel. Knowledgeable in formulas pivot tables macros etc. Intermediate / Advanced in SQL Basic Python Tableau is a plus Non-technical (soft skills) Problem-finder and problem-solver. You have the ability to tackle broad questions identify the right problem to solve and generate solutions for it. Self-starter and proactive. You do not require constant supervision curiosity drives you to find new work streams that help the company’s goals. Organized and structured. You plan organize and structure your efforts in order to achieve the most effectiveness in a more efficient way. Analytical and critical thinker.
