The Role We are looking for a Project Manager with 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience managing government programs and contracts. This person will manage multiple concurrent projects and serve as the connective tissue between our customers and internal Engineering Product Operations Sales and Finance teams. The ideal candidate understands both the discipline required to execute federal contracts and the speed and flexibility required in a growing technology company. Experience with enterprise SaaS maritime systems defense technology or complex hardware/software programs is highly desirable. This is a hands-on role. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple government and commercial projects from contract award through delivery customer acceptance invoicing support and closeout. Develop and maintain project plans schedules milestones budgets deliverables and resource requirements. Serve as the primary day-to-day program interface for assigned customers and build trusted relationships with technical operational contracting and program stakeholders. Identify project risks early and drive resolution rather than simply reporting problems. Identify additional sales and technical opportunities within the project and relay to appropriate internal Terradepth personnel for further development. Maintain appropriate program documentation and reporting for government customers. Support customer demonstrations testing deployments and operational activities as required. Travel to customer and field sites as required. What We're Looking For 5–10 years of progressive project/program management experience preferably supporting federal government contracts. At minimum active TS or active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously. Strong understanding of federal contracting government customer expectations and contract execution. Experience managing technical programs involving software hardware data or integrated systems. Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and software product delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineers executives customers and government stakeholders. Highly organized accountable and comfortable operating with ambiguity. Ability to identify what needs to happen next and drive the team toward completion without requiring constant direction. Willingness to travel to customer sites and field operations as required. Summary The Engagement Manager (EM) has a division of labor within the full portfolio. For GWCP programs the Engagement Manager will support the Principal on larger Guidewire engagements leading and managing the program ensuring successful execution alignment with company objectives and coordination across teams.
