You'll be the key marketing partner for the regional sales team developing and executing marketing programs that build pipeline accelerate deals and drive revenue.You will be responsible for understanding the regional sales strategy identifying opportunities to support pipeline growth and managing marketing performance with clear attribution and influence on sales outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategic planning and hands-on execution. ➡ What you'll be doing ➡ Act as the regional marketing partner to the sales team translating territory plans into marketing strategies that drive pipeline support key accounts and help progress opportunities through the funnel.Collaborate with sales leadership to identify priorities align marketing activity to deal stages and accelerate late-stage deals where possible.Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital events ABM and email working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.Localise campaigns messaging and content to reflect regional needs including website updates and implementing SEO best practices aligned with global guidelines.Lead regional partner marketing efforts by developing and executing joint go-to-market plans co-branded content and partner-led events.Report on campaign performance and marketing impact using data to inform decision-making and continuously optimise programmes.Support sales enablement through campaign outreach lead follow-up and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the right tools and insights.Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and contribute to broader business initiatives that support growth and continuous improvement. What we're looking for ➡ Proven B2B field marketing leadership experience ideally within the Tech industry with a strong focus on multi-channel integrated marketing and event execution.Exceptional ability to understand and respond to the needs of a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.Data-driven approach with strong expertise in marketing metrics web analytics tracking and reporting—ensuring all marketing activities are measurable and aligned to B2B KPIs.Experienced in managing agencies suppliers contractors and direct reports with excellent influencing skills to build positive relationships across teams.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills capable of leading multiple complex projects with attention to detail while thinking creatively and innovatively.Proven track record of designing and delivering campaigns that achieve objectives on time within budget and to a high standard.Solid understanding of regional demand generation strategies including account segmentation content localisation and personalisation.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support key initiatives. You will play a vital role in group and German accounting fundamental business process flows and establishing and maintaining a comprehensive environment of controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting rules. This position also offers the opportunity for business partnership with various internal and external teams including regional accounting teams consolidation and tax functions and auditors. Prepare accurate and timely standalone and group financial statements in accordance with the HGB and IFRS on a monthly basis Work with country accounting team members to review intercompany transactions monthly and swiftly resolve intercompany out-of-balance issues Review foreign currency translation system setup and FX effect monthly Assist the Senior Accounting Manager or Corporate Controller in preparing quarterly investor financial reporting packages i.e. financial statements balance sheet briefings and flux and trend commentaries Partner with country accounting team members and manage the global chart of accounts and financial statements mapping Liaise with auditors to complete annual financial reporting and audit requirements in a timely manner Assist the Senior Accounting Manager or Corporate Controller in developing policies and processes to allow for complete and accurate accounting records and support timely close and reporting Lead compliance with local statutory reporting requirements by studying existing and new legislation anticipating future legislation enforcing adherence to requirements filing financial reports and advising management on needed actions Provide support to Corporate Controller with special inquiries projects and ad-hoc analysis for German entities play a lead role in managing financial audits Collaborate with Tax Financial Planning and Analysis Investor Relations and other teams ensure that accurate accounting data is provided in a timely manner Provide insightful business requirements to the ERP project team actively involved in system implementation and improvement Ad hoc projects as needed What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or a foreign degree equivalent CPA or equivalent Bilanzbuchhalter or Internationaler Bilanzbuchhalter At least 5 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting Knowledge and experience with German GAAP and IFRS required Business fluency in German and English Hands-on experience with ERP required NetSuite or Oracle preferred Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Experience in working with global teams in a technology company is preferred Strong analytical skills accuracy and attention to detail are a must Intellectual curiosity and a strong disposition for problem-solving are a must How and where we work eyeo is a global employer with over 300 colleagues based all over the world.
