Amplify portfolio stories that highlight company milestones and demonstrate impact generated from September 2025 to February 2026.    Specific Objectives:  Generate awareness about NESsT's work and its portfolio through local media dissemination.  Coordinate the identification and management of videography and photography teams to produce portfolio videos.  Collect communication materials including photos quotes and videos from events in which the NESsT Poland Team and the portfolio participate.  Support the Poland Team and Global Communication Team in producing relevant content to promote events including extensive blogs social media copy and email templates.  Maintain short-list of local vendors to provide support to NESsTPoland team (photographers videographers print production).  Create compelling narrative frameworks that showcaseNESsT's impact methodology and results in the Polish context.  Strengthen relationships with existing portfolio enterprises to increase their engagement as NESsT ambassadors.    SCOPE OF SERVICE  The service provider should be available for regular meetings and contact with the NESsT Team media dissemination and the delivery of agreed-upon products over 6 months.  Regular meetings and contact: Availability to attend two 1-hour meetings per month via Microsoft Teams plus email communication (reading and replying) and occasional site visits to social enterprises.  Strategy development: As a part of onboarding complete a strategy planning workshop with NESsTPoland and Global Communications Team to inform key goals and deliverables  Content production: Draft and translate content for:  Social media (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook) about NESsTPoland and portfolio enterprises  Website: core landing pages blogs and announcements and enterprise profiles  Email: contribute to quarterly global newsletters  Annual reports: contribute to impact reporting in Poland  Sector development: Identify speaking opportunities for NESsTPoland team and portfolio enterprises  Interviews  Podcasts  Events  Media engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists bloggers and influencers covering social entrepreneurship impact investing and sustainable development in Poland.  (As available) Event attendance: including events planned by NESsT or external organizers where NESsT Poland is speaking/presenting occasional support with preparation and follow-up.  SCOPE OF PROPOSALS  NESsT is looking for:  Proposals that include a monthly fixed rate in PLN  A service provider with more than five (5) years of credited experience delivering communication services.  Experience in/knowledge of the social entrepreneurship social and environmental impact and/or impact investing sectors a bonus  Fluency in English from at least one team member and native Polish team.  A service provider based in or near Warsaw capable of delivering these services to a hybrid team.  Availability to attend the NESsT Poland Portfolio Gathering on 21-23 October in Warsaw.  To apply please send your proposal including your portfolio a company presentation showcasing relevant experiences resumes of the main team members and pricing by Friday 12th September 2025.

You will work closely with content writers graphic designers junior production associates web developers and other stakeholders to make sure that final asset is of high quality. This position involves reviewing notably email content for editorial accuracy and adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.    What you’ll do  Review and proofread a wide range of content and documentation including print and digital - especially emails newsletters and webpages  Identify and providing suggestions on grammatical spelling errors punctuation and consistency. Proactively able to categorize errors into various categories such as – Cosmetic Grammatical spelling etc.  Comparative reviews against the originally briefed template with the draft version (across desktop & mobile versions)   Ensure the quality of the deliverable meets the expectations  Check links functionalities formatting and layout  Meet established deadlines while managing multiple projects  Ability to capture feedback that can be shared with developers for implementing  Verifying the updated file post implementation of feedback and providing sign off  Adherence to the timelines that has been finalized at the start of the project  Ability to validate/check the developed email on tools like Email on acid or Litmus validation/checking limited to content verification only and not for functional testing   About you  Previous quality check proofreading or editorial experience of medical content   Excellent command of the local language and keen attention to detail  Strong organizational and time-management skills  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus  Confident to use work management tools like JIRA  Adaptable proactive and able to thrive in fast-paced environments  Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in sensitive materials  Preferred candidates would have the following:  Understanding of scientific or technical terminology is advantageous   Minimum 2-3 years of experience with relevant email marketing experience  Preference candidates would have medical or pharmaceutical background or other highly regulated sector experience to provide valuable suggestions  Youlive & breathe Greenpark’s core values—championing openness respect innovation and teamwork—so that every interaction both internally and externally reflects our commitment to our values.  At Greenpark we believe the best ideas come from the widest range of perspectives.
