OBJECTIVES Main Objective: Support the NESsT Communication Team to boost NESsT brand visibility and awareness focusing on the Polish audience to support fundraising pipeline development and portfolio impact. Amplify portfolio stories that highlight company milestones and demonstrate impact generated from September 2025 to February 2026. Specific Objectives: Generate awareness about NESsT's work and its portfolio through local media dissemination. Coordinate the identification and management of videography and photography teams to produce portfolio videos. Collect communication materials including photos quotes and videos from events in which the NESsT Poland Team and the portfolio participate. Support the Poland Team and Global Communication Team in producing relevant content to promote events including extensive blogs social media copy and email templates. Maintain short-list of local vendors to provide support to NESsTPoland team (photographers videographers print production). Create compelling narrative frameworks that showcaseNESsT's impact methodology and results in the Polish context. Strengthen relationships with existing portfolio enterprises to increase their engagement as NESsT ambassadors. SCOPE OF SERVICE The service provider should be available for regular meetings and contact with the NESsT Team media dissemination and the delivery of agreed-upon products over 6 months. Regular meetings and contact: Availability to attend two 1-hour meetings per month via Microsoft Teams plus email communication (reading and replying) and occasional site visits to social enterprises. Strategy development: As a part of onboarding complete a strategy planning workshop with NESsTPoland and Global Communications Team to inform key goals and deliverables Content production: Draft and translate content for: Social media (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook) about NESsTPoland and portfolio enterprises Website: core landing pages blogs and announcements and enterprise profiles Email: contribute to quarterly global newsletters Annual reports: contribute to impact reporting in Poland Sector development: Identify speaking opportunities for NESsTPoland team and portfolio enterprises Interviews Podcasts Events Media engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists bloggers and influencers covering social entrepreneurship impact investing and sustainable development in Poland. (As available) Event attendance: including events planned by NESsT or external organizers where NESsT Poland is speaking/presenting occasional support with preparation and follow-up. SCOPE OF PROPOSALS NESsT is looking for: Proposals that include a monthly fixed rate in PLN A service provider with more than five (5) years of credited experience delivering communication services. Experience in/knowledge of the social entrepreneurship social and environmental impact and/or impact investing sectors a bonus Fluency in English from at least one team member and native Polish team. Guide the development approval and revision of academic programs and courses. Ensure consistency and quality in curriculum delivery across disciplines. Design and deliver faculty professional development related to curriculum and instruction. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in academic content and pedagogy. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction or a closely related field doctorate preferred. Minimum of 5 years of curriculum development and academic leadership experience at the university level. Proven ability to manage academic programs in a variety of disciplines including technical and professional fields. Strong understanding of instructional design pedagogy and program evaluation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. International or multicultural academic experience is preferred. About the role As a proofreader and quality assurance (QA) tester you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy compliance and quality of marketing communications within a regulated pharmaceutical environment providing suggestions on grammar spelling punctuation and formatting. You will work closely with content writers graphic designers junior production associates web developers and other stakeholders to make sure that final asset is of high quality. This position involves reviewing notably email content for editorial accuracy and adherence to industry regulations and internal standards. What you’ll do Review and proofread a wide range of content and documentation including print and digital - especially emails newsletters and webpages Identify and providing suggestions on grammatical spelling errors punctuation and consistency.
