Rehab4U is led by Momentum Wheels for Humanity (MWH) with support from R4D Deloitte the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine and Project Hope. Rehab4U is supporting the Government of Ukraine in its initiative to strengthen financing and governance for rehabilitation services as part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of health services. OpportunityR4D is seeking a Senior Health Financing and Leadership Expert to provide strategic analytical and advisory support activities related to financing rehabilitation in Ukraine. The Advisor will join R4D as a part of the core program team and contribute health systems strengthening and financing expertise across all activities stipulated in R4D’s work plan. Note: this opportunity is contingent on the receipt of funding from the donor. Period of PerformanceThis opportunity is contingent upon the receipt of funding. The anticipated period of performance is October 2025 – September 2026.
