Collaborate with local and international Sales & Marketing teams to create and implement campaigns materials and tools. Develop an annual event plan in collaboration with Marketing leadership including budgeting and ensure successful execution. Track event budgets throughout the year and proactively highlight potential risks prior to decision-making. Ensure compliance approval is obtained for any costs involving Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) or Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Liaise closely with internal teams including Technical Services Legal Compliance Finance and Administration. Manage all logistical aspects of congresses and events (e.g. speaker arrangements booth setup catering accommodation and creative assets). ### Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or formal training in Events Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
