We are currently seeking a Remote Azure DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara Jalisco (MX-JAL) Mexico (MX). Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with expertise in both on-premise and Azure cloud DevOps implementations who will support UPS Azure DevOps migrations from on-prem to cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Azure DevOps with Git including backlogs sprint boards and work item flow integration with Git for source code management DevOps pipelines and DevOps APIs. Key Responsibilities Identify existing on-prem content that cannot be migrated and must be cleaned up prior to cloud migration. Move identified content out of repos to alternate locations to facilitate migration. Create strategy for maintaining work item links after migration where possible as well as preserving pipelines with necessary modifications for continued function post-migration. Develop processes for cleanup and migration of backlog items pipelines repos etc. Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git . Experience using DevOps APIs . Understanding of differences between on-prem DevOps and Azure Cloud DevOps . Experience creating scripts and processes to move DevOps content between instances. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Microsoft Azure DevOps .
