Job Summary: The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment responsible for designing building systems and producing construction documentation for institutional projects in the higher education government and institutional facility markets. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to be part of our team as we continue with our strong growth. General Duties: Design HVAC systems including chillers boilers air handling units ductwork piping and controls. Develop mechanical system design calculations. Prepare detailed design documents in REVIT. Perform QA/QC design work. Lead a project team and managing projects. Coordinate with Owners and Architects. Coordinate work with other disciplines. Complete code compliance research. Oversee and provide guidance to junior engineers. Assist in the procurement of new work including the development of client relations. Skills: Excellent work ethic and attitude. Interpersonal communication skills combined with organizational skills the ability to plan balance and prioritize work. Ability to lead a team as well as work as part of a team. You have experience with complex institutional projects. You are familiar with codes standards and design guidelines.
