This role blends technical website management SEO and digital advertising expertise to support both brand marketing and revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration is detail-oriented and can balance day-to-day site updates with strategic paid media execution. They will work closely with the Strategic Marketing Lead Events Specialist Partner Program/Content Marketing Specialist and Creative team to ensure campaigns are cohesive data-driven and aligned with member needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization: Build new pages complete fixes and edits and upload blogs to the marketing site. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure event site content is accurate and engaging. Partner with the Creative team to implement high-quality visuals across web properties. Support marketing site SEO initiatives including keyword optimization metadata and structured content improvements. Conduct ongoing CTA testing and recommend enhancements to increase conversions. Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Own the planning execution and optimization of paid media campaigns including Google Ads (search display retargeting) and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align campaigns with ICP targeting messaging and goals. Partner with the Marketing team to incorporate ad copy partner messaging and landing page CTAs. Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting. Write and implement ad copy in collaboration with the Marketing team. Build and manage campaigns including budgets bids and targeting settings. Set up and monitor conversion tracking through UTMs Google Tag Manager and analytics events. Report on campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve ROI. Coordinate A/B testing of landing pages CTAs and ad creatives. Ensure all campaigns align with brand tone and comply with partner-specific rules. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in website content management and/or digital marketing. Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress Drupal or similar). Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads campaigns including search display and retargeting. Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics/GA4. Experience with Google Tag Manager UTM creation and conversion tracking setup. Strong copywriting skills for digital advertising. Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights. Strong project management and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to brand consistency.
