Pay: $25 per hour Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible depending on experience) Responsibilities: Manage post-approval processing for family and employment-based petitions Work directly with U.S. embassies/consulates and the National Visa Center (NVC) Review reciprocity schedules and prepare/document country-specific requirements Assist with DS-160/DS-260 completion interview scheduling and emergency appointment requests Track and coordinate client timelines for medical exams visa interviews and document collection Communicate with clients and foreign nationals professionally and promptly Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in consular processing and employment-based immigration Familiarity with USCIS NVC and DOS procedures Exceptional writing and organizational skills Ability to work independently manage deadlines and handle a high-volume caseload Must be available to work during PST business hours U.S.-based candidates only No law school students or J.D. holders Preferred: Experience with O-1 NIW and EB-1 petitions Prior remote legal work experience If you are organized proactive and passionate about immigration law especially the consular side we invite you to apply.
