Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Manager Procurement Operations will be responsible for the ongoing support and improvement of our Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and technology. The Manager will play a critical role in fiscal management invoice processing and supporting business owners across the P2P process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage a team of Business Operations specialists to ensure purchase orders are processed resolving invoice issues with our business owners and enforcing finance controls / standards. Oversight of invoice receipt compliance review of financial commitment supporting payment process and ongoing contract spend management. Support updates to internal SOPs in coordination with Procurement and Finance groups. Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to invoice reconciliation process preparing for payment process improving customer-service and resolving problems. Partner with internal business units and cross-functional teams (ex. Procurement Finance AP IT Legal Audit) to enable areas for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive robust and relevant set of training materials for both employees and vendors on business ops processes and related technologies. Drive compliance through enforcement of Procurement and Finance procedures. Support key controls around P2P spend transactions and process audits (e.g. SoX). QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain management Business Administration or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Experience: 5 years experience in contract sourcing and negotiation with third-party suppliers to achieve appropriate quality and cost. 1 year supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive experience in a purchasing and procurement role. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Advanced knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel maintaining complex spreadsheets and write advanced macros. Proficient with MS Product Suite (MS Teams Word PowerPoint Excel PowerBI) Ability to recognize analyze and solve a variety of problems. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to plan review supervise and inspect the work of others.
