The new hire will join team building AI cohost that thinks learns and acts like a seasoned hospitality expert managing entire vacation rental empires while hosts sleep. As Product Marketing Manager you'll design and execute growth strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and drive revenue. You'll transform market insights into compelling campaigns build integrated marketing funnels and collaborate with product teams to shape our growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution as we scale from startup to market leader. Requirements Proven B2B/B2C software marketing background (4–6+ years). You have led positioning launch and adoption—not just supported them. Positioning and messaging by audience. You can turn customer interviews and objections into a clear value story for each ideal customer profile. Acquisition and lifecycle hands-on. You have directly run Google and/or Meta ad campaigns and built email flows that onboard activate and re-activate users. Experimentation discipline. You write simple hypotheses ship small tests quickly set success criteria in advance and decide to scale or kill based on results. Analytics ownership. You define events build or read dashboards and can explain cost per lead lead quality activation rate and payback period. You’re comfortable in Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel/Amplitude. Copy that converts. You can know how clear landing pages ads and emails look like. Cross-functional partnering. You work tightly with Product Design and Engineering to prepare launches tracking and in-product activation points. Communication and pace. Concise written English bias to action comfortable with ambiguity collaborate during CET-friendly hours.
