Utilizing the .NET Framework develops and maintains software applications based on Company’s project specifications to enhance modify and support existing functionality assists in planning deployments and system maintenance to minimize workflow interruptions and downtime actively contributes to ensuring reliable and stable releases. Promptly judiciously and accurately troubleshoots and solves coding problems/issues implements code or configuration changes to correct errors analyzes data inputs and identifies potential problems creating contingencies within the software such as error handling and alternate workflows thoroughly tests applications and debugs or corrects issues discovered during testing to ensure reliability and stability. Collaborates with the IT/Systems team Company leaders and other stakeholders to fully understand the tasks that must be accomplished by the projects requested collaborates with Systems Analysts to obtain analyze and understand project specifications and process flows actively contributes to ensure that Company expectations are met and exceeded identifies and effectively communicates alternate solutions as warranted to ensure optimal solutions are executed. Assists in the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of program development and revisions may assist in the preparation of user documents and training materials. Dynamically enhances Company's success by taking advantage of learning and development opportunities and personally integrating positive actions to improve individual performance. Coordinates oversees participates in and/or conducts ""special"" projects either independently or as a member of a group as assigned. Coordinates and communicates effectively with remote development teams.
