We are looking for a fully remote freelancer based in the UK to support our IMO Car Wash operation with monthly weather analytics for business insights. Using past present and forecasted weather data combined with data analytics techniques your work will be integral with supporting strategic business decisions. Should be able to identify most major case issues that arise during the normal course of business. Conduct research on legal topics as well as facts relevant to cases. Draft routine client and/or agency correspondence to be sent by supervisor(s). Serve as a peer resource for junior team members in order to provide mentorship and feedback as well as to answer appropriate case/process questions. Collect sort and appropriately organize legally-compliant client records and case materials in order to ensure ease of review and future accessibility. Diligently maintain and update practice management systems and related databases to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. CASE MANAGEMENT: Oversee case production operations including the drafting of client and legal correspondence documents. Generate reports for case teams and oversee report generation for clients. Ensure team is following firm protocol with respect to file maintenance record-keeping and use of case management system. Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years of business immigration experience preferably in a relevant field of specialization (i.e. LCA case L-1/E-2 matters etc.). ModMed's global headquarters is based in Boca Raton FL with a growing office in Hyderabad India and a robust remote workforce across the US Chile and Germany.  This role is responsible for the daily tasks of procurement and for supporting the procurement team. The Procurement Specialist 2 collaborates with various internal teams to coordinate the procurement of software telecommunication services cloud services and technology. The role involves reviewing recommending and amending legal terms within contracts and ensuring they meet project requirements. This position also requires staying informed about the latest developments in technology industry regulations and procurement best practices. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate and Coordinate Procurement: Assemble and coordinate the procurement of software telecommunication services cloud services and technology including associated licenses contracts and renewals with various internal teams.  Contract Execution and Review: Collaborate with appropriate finance compliance and legal experts in the execution of contracts including Master Services Agreements Software License Agreements and Statements of Work. Evaluate contract requirements such as terms auto-renewals and fee schedules.  Financial Analysis: Create financial data analysis including ROI NPV savings tracking and make vs. buy decision models.
