Duties and Responsibilities Assist in designing implementing and managing WAN infrastructure and related processes. Provide production support for network infrastructure including day-to-day operations monitoring troubleshooting and problem resolution. Schedule install configure and test system software and hardware in environments with limited network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems involving network hardware software connectivity and related infrastructure. Monitor and maintain network licenses subscriptions warranties and maintenance agreements. Support network operations in LAN WAN VPN Wi-Fi and other communications environments. Document network configurations troubleshooting activities and implemented solutions. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting the installation implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of enterprise-wide WAN and LAN environments. Hands-on experience configuring supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure and commonly used network protocols. Experience with network hardware communications protocols and network architectures. Fortinet experience strongly preferred particularly candidates who have supported or participated in a Cisco-to-Fortinet migration or network modernization effort. Demonstrated understanding of commonly used network protocols and proven experience configuring supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure. Training and/or certifications in ITIL vendor-specific networking technologies CompTIA or similar areas.
