Product Management is essential to the fabric of EXADS as we work to innovate on our technology platform and evolve our advertising suite of products into the future. Reporting to the EXADS Product Director the Product Manager needs to have a passion for open-source software product development user experience analytics and design while working in a fast-paced challenging and rewarding environment. They will be confident in gaining deep product knowledge along with analysing the industry our competitors and most importantly our customers in order to lead the team in making strategic product decisions all the way from conception through to delivery of a new product or service. Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap at a high level and be on top of the latest trends. Liaise with product stakeholders both externally and internally across EXOGROUP to enhance improve and market product capabilities. Define and collaborate on product launch plans with complete transparency for all stakeholders on product go to market activities. Project management of key features. Plan lead organise and control all aspects of delivery towards release to production and success in the market. Gather and document product requirements along with relevant acceptance criteria for effective delivery within multi disciplinary squads. Integrate market analysis research and usability studies into product requirements. Support product development within squads. Define analyse and report on metrics relating to the success of products to relevant stakeholders. Support document and continuously improve on internal processes for product delivery. Ensure all customer facing documentation is up to date and in line with current product offerings. Onboarding and training of new Product team members. Skills & Experience: 3+ years product management experience Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
