A recognized independent validator has issued a final validation statement that is accepted by the registry. A recognized independent verifier has completed verification for the first issuance period and the registry has accepted the verification report. The registry has completed the first issuance of verified credits and has assigned serial numbers to those credits in the project’s registry account. When Items One through Four above are complete and documented by the registry the company will pay the fixed contract amount of seven hundred fifty thousand United States dollars within five business days by wire transfer through an escrow agent. What you will deliver You will deliver maintain and transfer into the company’s secure vault all work product data sets calculations models field notes monitoring plans chain-of-custody records project descriptions stakeholder consultation records validation and verification packages correspondence with the registry correspondence with validators and verifiers and any related legal or technical memoranda created or obtained in the course of this engagement. Costs and who pays them You will advance and pay all third-party and internal costs required to reach the completion milestone. These typically include but are not limited to registry account fees project listing fees methodology access or licensing fees if any independent validation fees independent verification fees professional services for technical drafting and measurement planning metering and data-logging hardware and installation required assurance work escrow set-up for issuance if used and delivery-risk insurance if you elect to obtain it. The company will not reimburse these costs separately. Your economic recovery for the costs you advance is the fixed contract payment that is made only upon completion of the certification milestone. Term timeline and cooperation The company will move quickly. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure and non-use agreement before you begin. After signature we will provide prompt access to site information engineering drawings and operating data necessary to support your certification work. You will propose the timeline and the critical path. You will have direct access to ownership for decisions that require rapid turnaround. Experience required We are seeking a senior practitioner who has personally led the full life cycle for certification of large energy or industrial decarbonization projects under Verra or a comparable registry from methodology selection through first issuance. You should have deep experience with measurement reporting and verification independent validation and verification body engagement high-integrity project governance environmental and community safeguards and registry processes from listing to issuance. Demonstrated success closing forward sales or offtake agreements for credits is welcome but not required. Independence and conflicts You must disclose any conflicts of interest with validators verifiers buyers or other market participants. You will act as an independent contractor and as an advocate for high-integrity certification. There will be no publicity case studies social media posts conference talks or references of any kind about this engagement without the company’s written consent.
