Compensation

$120000 - $160000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities

Work exclusive high-intent leads—no cold calling no chasing prospects. Meet with clients virtually or over the phone to assess their financial protection needs. Help families secure life insurance and other coverage while earning lucrative commissions. Leverage a proven system that has helped agents achieve six- and seven-figure incomes. Qualifications

Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone and in virtual meetings. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals. Strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and client interactions. Comfortable operating independently with a self-starter attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
